✤ Useful Information
  1. Unless otherwise negotiated, the accommodation of guests takes place from 15:00 / 3 p.m. on the day of announced arrival and ends before 11:00 / 11 a.m. on the day of announced departure. 
  2. At the reception, the Guest shall present his/her ID document issued or authorized by Taiwan government for verifying the identity of the guest; the Guest booked the room through a third-party establishment shall present the booking ID issued by the same establishment for verifying the validity of reservation.
  3. Please inform us of any changes made on arrival date. No-shows without any reasons received on arrival date will result in no refund of the deposit.
  4. To maintain a desirable environment, please park at the designated area and take the club car to transmit the luggage. Pets and visitors are not allowed to enter guest rooms, with the exception of guide dogs. If there are visitors who insist on entering the room, please comply with our regulations.
  5. Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on the hotel policy. To maintain the accommodation quality, we do not provide extra beds; a child under 119 cm is free of charge for each room only.
  6. Any activities, facilities, opening hours and meals are subject to change without prior notice.
  7. To maintain the air quality of guest rooms, please do not smoke in the hotel.
  
 

✤ Rearrangements & Cancellations
  1. Once reservation is confirmed, it is allowed to be rearranged only once, and should be informed at least 3 days prior to the new arrival date. The deposit will be reserved for 3 months; no refund will be accepted for rearrangements.
  2. After remittance fees are deducted, 100% of the deposit will be returned upon cancellation received 14 days prior to the arrival date.
  3. 70% of the deposit will be returned upon cancellation received 10-13 days prior to the arrival date.
  4. 50% of the deposit will be returned upon cancellation received 7-9 days prior to the arrival date; rearrangements will not be accepted.
  5. 40% of the deposit will be returned upon cancellation received 4-6 days prior to the arrival date; rearrangements will not be accepted.
  6. 30% of the deposit will be returned upon cancellation received 2-3 days prior to the arrival date; rearrangements will not be accepted.
  7. 20% of the deposit will be returned upon cancellation received 1 day prior to the arrival date; rearrangements will not be accepted.
  8. Cancellations received on arrival date result in no refund of the deposit.Cancellations due to catastrophic factors received on arrival date result in either 100% refund of the deposit after remittance fees are deducted or rearrangements within 3 months. (This is subject to the typhoon warning on land issued by the Central Weather Bureau.)
